What is the currency used for this site?

All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

How do I make purchases on the MJ website?

Step 1: For 1st time buyers in our website, you will be required to sign up with your email and a password for an account upon ordering. An account will be created from then on. For existing/past buyers, please use your (initial created account) email and password to login. This enables you to see your orders, past purchases and faster checkout. If not, a new account will be created.

Step 2: A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account.

Step 3: Browse and add items to your shopping cart.

Step 4: Check out and your order will be processed. Payment is through PayPal or VISA/MASTER/AMEX credit cards for now.

Step 5: Select your choice of shipment or meet-up collection. Shipping or collection confirmation will be sent by us later.

Above processes are the same for all normal ordering and sales promotions.

I am keen on a product, but it is under 'Private Collections'. What should I do ?

Items with photos/prices in the Private Collections are for sharing. These are our long-time precious collections from local and overseas. We have no intention to release them at this point of time. But nevertheless, we will review your request and interest.

Please allow us 24-36 hours to consider and respond to your interest.

I am located outside Singapore. Am I able to make a purchase?

We can only ship locally, in Singapore now. The logistics arrangements and processes for International Shipping is still in progress. But for sure, we are keen in international markets and buyers too. Drop us a note of your interest and we will try our best to assist. MJ@TreasureHearts

I need to amend the qualities of items in my order. How do I amend my order?

Changes to quantity of items already ordered cannot be amended from the website at the moment.

To amend the quantity for any items ordered, simply use the "MJ@TreasureHearts" or "Contact Us / Product Request" link at the bottom footnote to write in to us for any changes needed.

We will respond with a confirmation email once amendment has been done for you.

This applies to both increases and decreases in quantity needed. 

How are our Products Priced?

The process of pricing is of extreme high importance and critical in maintaining the value of your precious collectibles and collections. Especially in your effort of hunting, purchasing, owning, storing and years of love and caring for them, agree? We are collectors ourselves; we had experienced the same flow and we know for sure in managing and maintaining these processes, we hope to create a stronger and solid foundation to enhance interest and confidence for Toys Collectors here.

Our products are at or below 'secondary market price'. (It's usually called 'market price' nowadays) - after a new collectable has been purchased, its retail price no longer applies and its value is linked to what is called the secondary market. (To understand these better, do see more info on my info page - Value of Collectible Items. (Will be available very soon!)

We do conduct intensive researches, checks and studies on the value of each item when considering it as 'secondary market price' and make pricing decisions. The launched and historical buying/selling value of the identical items, editions and limitations, demand and supply are major factors we work on. We review International and local price guides, auction platforms, online e-commerce websites and brick/mortar retail shops for product updates and values indications too. 

Do bear in mind we are a reseller (of secondary market) and our products are mostly out of production/print, limited editions and rare, launched/sold out years ago or highly in demand. There are also special requisite items like exclusive toy show items in limited quantities.  At times, we also deal with new products too.

How do I get email notification on MJ latest and stock availabilities?

Registering on our website only allows you to place orders with us.

MJ Return Policies?

7 days return policy - Please notified MJ immediately indicating reason and cause of return. Returns and refunds are determined on a case-to-case basis and will be given at the discretion of MJ. We do not offer refunds or rebates for the following cases:

  • Item/packaging damage as a result of transit or mishandling by postal services; we will workout a recovery with the shipping vendor.
  • Manufacturing defect or QC issues affecting random pieces.
  • Factory seal on products has been broken; or if item has been played with, boxes/packages are damaged.
  • Paint over/ under sprays on products.

When an item will be shipped?

Once payment has been confirmed, we will arrange delivery by the next working day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Under ideal conditions, your parcel will be shipped out within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

However, if there are any unforeseen issues during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020/21, we will do our best to send out your parcel as soon as is possible.

How many days for an item to reach me?

For all local shipping, it will take 1-2(3) days based on the present arrangement now.

Are all the items in your site in new condition?

Most (nearly all) of the items we offer on the website are brand new and in mint condition. As our items are limited, rare and there's only 1 piece we carried, it's might be open for photography during inspection. Inspections are important as buyers (like yourself) are paying premium prices and we want to ensure items are in top condition.

If the items we offer are not in MISB condition, the items will be labelled appropriately on our website under 'Condition', for example NEW/USED/Sealed/Open for inspection only...

Will I be charged once I'd submitted my order?

Yes. All payment must be made through PayPal and credit cards.
